Leominster, MA known as the
"Pioneer Plastic City of the World" is situated in
North Central Massachusetts on the south side of the
Johnny Appleseed Trail (Route 2). The
condominiums have access to churches, shopping
malls, movie theaters, restaurants, and public
transportation. The city is conveniently
located 20 miles north of Worcester (Route 190) and
50 miles west of Boston (serviced by a commuter rail

Chapman
Place Condominium Association is currently under
self management with a seven member
Board of Trustees.
The Trustees have the responsibility for managing
and operating the association guided by the Master
Deed, Declaration of Trust & Bylaws as created under
M.G. L. Chapter 183A of the State of Massachusetts.
First impressions are what attract people to Chapman
Place and the
Rules & Regulations
are put into place and enforced to maintain those
impressions. Community living is a very
unique balance of individual unit ownership and

| Community Activities: |

There is a
Community Bulletin Board and a
Newsletter
is published four times a year. Many residents
volunteer their services to the community
management. The
Board of Trustees
meets the second Tuesday of each month at 6:00pm in
the clubhouse and residents are welcome. There
is also a Friday Social on the first Friday of each
month, which is an adult gathering of game play,
food and beverages. |
